Sowing: Since Sweet Sultan seeds do not transplant well, direct sowing is the best method. Sow 2-3 weeks before the last frost, planting the seeds 1/4" deep. Alternatively, the seed can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks, then planted after the last frost; for fall planting, direct sow the seed in late fall for early spring growth. Germination should take place within 14-20 days.

Growing: Keep the soil evenly moist, but do not over water. Amberboa moschata prefers full sun and dry to well-drained soil. Water the plants carefully to avoid getting the foliage wet; excess moisture on the leaves can cause disease. This plant can grow well in cold climates, as well as tolerating heat and drought. The flowers attract bees and butterflies.

All multiple orders of the same seed are put in the same bag. For example if you order 500 beefsteak tomato seeds x 3 then 1500 seeds will be put in the same bag. We do not send out 3 individual bags with 500 in each. This goes for all seeds unless they are listings of different seeds.

If you can’t find germinating and instructions online you can find them on the item page. Our goal is to save money everywhere we can so we can pass those savings on to you.
