250 China Rose Radish Seeds
Chinese winter radish that can be harvested from 25 to 55 days after sowing. The full-sized roots are 2" in diameter and up to 8" long with a smooth rose-colored skin. The flesh is firm, mild, and sweet, while tops are strong and tall. This variety is also used for sprouting. All Seeds are from the United States.
Sowing: Since these are winter radishes, they should be planted about two months before the first expected fall frost. Plant China Rose radish seeds in very rich, deeply worked up soil about 1/2" deep and 1" apart; later, thin the seedlings 4-6" apart.
Growing: Radishes do well with consistently moist soil and the addition of organic matter such as compost. Do not allow the soil to dry out, but also avoid overwatering as this can cause splitting.
Harvesting: These radish sprouts are ready to harvest after 3-5 days. The mature form of these can be harvested at any time, but will be most tender at a small size; they store well for the winter.
All multiple orders of the same seed are put in the same bag. For example if you order 500 beefsteak tomato seeds x 3 then 1500 seeds will be put in the same bag. We do not send out 3 individual bags with 500 in each. This goes for all seeds unless they are listings of different seeds.
